The Francisco Apartments
The Francisco Apartments are a 8 unit building featuring a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Many of the units have had substantial remodels such as new kitchens and upgraded appliances. The building has an on site laundry facility as well as off street parking for cars. The back of the building has a beautiful patio with tables, chairs and a hangout area.

The Francisco Apartments is situated on a quiet, beautiful tree lined street in magnificent North Berkeley just two blocks away from Live Oak Park, which hosts the Live Oak Park Fair every summer. Across the street from the park the Berkeley Art Center always has new events and exhibitions going on. The famous Gourmet Ghetto is also just a brisk walk away.
The building is only a few blocks away from the Campus and the cool shops on Euclid Avenue. It is also a walking distance from the Berkeley Rose Garden as well as the North Branch of the Berkeley Public Library. On Thursdays the Berkeley Farmer's Market sets up at Rose Street and Shattuck Avenue, just two blocks away, offering the very freshest organic produce.
Downtown Berkeley becomes the North Berkeley shopping area once you cross University Avenue. Amid an assortment of shops, bookstores, supermarkets, and pharmacies, visitors will find an abundance of dining opportunities in this famous "Gourmet Ghetto," including the world-renowned restaurant, Chez Panisse.
