  • UCB Academic In-Class Lease:  For those who are either full-time UC Berkeley Students or Faculty or Staff, who are unclear as to when in-class instruction will resume, you can chose to sign an in-class academic lease.  You will have the option to delay your start date until UC Berkeley resumes in-class instruction.  In the event you have personal property to store, we will allow you to move your items into your apartment before your lease starts.  You will only be charged $1 per month for storage.

  • Start your Lease July 1st: Receive a $1000 Amazon Gift Card if you start your lease on July 1st.
