SCHEDULE A TOUR OF A PREMIUM PROPERTY

In most cases, we show our available properties during scheduled open houses. We do this to minimize the number of times we show properties as most of our available units are currently occupied. But, if you reached this form, it means that an open house has yet to be scheduled and/or the property is currently vacant.

To schedule a tour, please complete the form below, which will provide us your contact information, your criteria for your next home, which property you wish to see and three showing dates and times that will work for you. Once we receive the form, we will review your criteria and verify that the property you are requesting to see is not only still available but is the one that matches your criteria the best. So, please be as detailed as possible with the description of what you are looking for. We will then look at our staff’s availability and try our best to schedule your appointment based on your first-choice date and time.

Once scheduled, we will email you your appointment date and time to view your selected property. You will likely also likely see it as an open house on our website as we will invite others to come to.

Preferred Tour Dates and Times

Please provide us with three dates and the earliest start time for your tour. Make sure that each time is on a different day. Also, please allow for at least a three-hour window that will work for you. Tours are conducted seven days a week between the hours of 10:00 am and 06:00 pm. However, make sure your request is for a date at least 3 days in advance to give us time to give notice to a unit that may be occupied. So, if it is Monday, you should submit a tour request to view a property on Thursday at the earliest. The availability of our staff and whether the apartment we plan to show you is occupied, will impact which of your showing dates and times we select. We will do our best to accommodate your first choice.
